By downloading, installing, or using the StartAI Pro application ("the App") via the Monday.com Marketplace, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not install or use the App. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the user or the corporate entity you represent) and Start AI Pro LLC.

StartAI Pro is a workflow automation and risk management application built to operate within the Monday.com ecosystem. The App provides automated risk tiering, validation templates, and performance monitoring frameworks for AI use cases. We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue features of the App at any time.

Start AI Pro LLC grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the App strictly within your Monday.com workspace.

• You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the backend source code or proprietary risk-routing logic of the App.
• You may not copy, resell, or distribute the Master Workspace Templates or proprietary algorithms provided by StartAI Pro.

By installing StartAI Pro, you expressly consent to receive communications from Start AI Pro LLC. We may contact the email address associated with your Monday.com installation for the following purposes:

• Important product updates, bug fixes, and feature releases.
• Technical support and onboarding assistance.
• Billing notices and subscription management.
• Relevant business insights, marketing, and promotional offers related to StartAI Pro. You may opt out of marketing communications at any time by clicking the "unsubscribe" link in our emails, but we reserve the right to send critical operational and service-related notices.

All billing, subscriptions, and payment processing for StartAI Pro are handled natively and securely through the Monday.com Marketplace monetization system. Start AI Pro LLC does not directly collect or store your credit card information. Failure to maintain an active subscription or trial status will result in the suspension of the App's backend execution engine and automated routing features.

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we securely process OAuth tokens and temporary webhook metadata to facilitate our services. We do not extract or permanently store your proprietary Monday.com board data.

The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Start AI Pro LLC makes no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the App's fitness for a particular purpose or its uninterrupted operation. While the App provides a framework for AI risk management, Start AI Pro LLC is not a legal or regulatory firm and does not guarantee that using the App will ensure your company's compliance with state, federal, or international AI regulations.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Start AI Pro LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of your use or inability to use the App, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona, USA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts located in Arizona.
